Website Personalization

Bluetext’s redesign of Mindtree’s  website offers an intuitive, fully responsive user experience and leverages personalization to serve relevant content to each user. To achieve our personalization goal, we began by defining a persona for each type of website user. Once the personas were defined, we mapped out the user journey for each type of user to know where we should be serving them personalized content. Our user experience team created wireframes to show where the personalized content would be, and the interactive designers brought it to life in the color comps. We leveraged the Drupal CMS to provide the flexibility and scalability a large enterprise needs to support its digital marketing initiatives. Upon launch, Mindtree saw a 60% increase in page views because of the excellent content strategy and personalization work that Bluetext did.
