The Challenge

To communicate nShift’s new market vision, Bluetext embraced the challenge of visualizing the value of delivery management software. It was clear from the start this campaign needed to break out of the box, in more ways than one. In a visually captivating story, the nShift brand activation video takes viewers on a journey from the status-quo cardboard encapsulated world of delivery headaches and challenging logistics, into a bright future of exception delivery experiences and surpassed customer expectations.

The Beginnings of Box Boy

To represent the transformation of delivery into a competitive advantage, box-boy was born. As the main character of nShift’s brand activation, box-boy can be seen in the initial scenes of the story mundanely wandering through a bleak world of unremarkable shipping experiences. Personified by the dystopian cardboard world, the ‘before’ state of the video was created through custom 3D modeling of a city built by cardboard boxes. Intentionally dreary, intentionally lackluster, box-boy walks his box-dog through the street until he receives a shipment tracking notification from nShift. Suddenly his world is illuminated, the relevant, timely communications enabled by nShift transforms his world into a realistic sequence of checkout, tracking and order delivery; nShifts end-to-end platform enablements.
